Additionally, Bill Sullivan and his wife Heidi are the founders of
The Bulisa Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping improve social services and the quality of life for citizens of the town of Bulisa, Uganda. In 2008 Bill and his team repaired the roof of the local hospital, and put new ceilings in all of the rooms of the hospital's main examination building. Additionally they began repair work on the hospital's inoperative water system. In 2009 they completed their work on the hospital's water system, built and installed hospital furniture, and distributed donated eye glasses and mosquito nets.
